ABOUT ME
I LOST EVERYTHING BY GOING ALL IN. THEN I LEARNED TO GO ALL IN ON MYSELF.
My name is Gab Stone, and ALL IN grew from the two very different meanings those words have held in my life.
Earlier in my career, I ran a successful talent management agency. Behind that success, a gambling addiction was taking control. I lost that business, went bankrupt, and ended up in prison.
Recovery was not one dramatic moment. It was a long process of making different decisions, rebuilding trust and creating a life with purpose again. Over time, ‘ALL IN’ stopped representing the hole I had created. Instead it became the way I wanted to live my life.
I went ALL IN on recovery. On rebuilding my career. On speaking honestly about addiction harm and mental health. On endurance. On creating something meaningful and empowering from everything that had happened.
Now over 11 years clean from addiction, I use my experiences to help and empower school and college students, sportspeople and individuals in organisations around the country, through provision of talks and workshops.
In June 2026, I completed 30 marathons in 30 days across the UK, raising awareness around addiction and mental health. I expected the challenge to be centred on running. Instead, it became defined by the people I met and the stories they trusted me to share.
Those encounters provided the blueprint for ALL IN.
Today, it exists to celebrate people who go ALL IN on themselves, amplify their stories and create opportunities for more of them to pursue what comes next.
